Get ready for the Benton Chamber of Commerce Cajun Fest and Business Expo

Check the following details:

·        Food will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.  The regular ticket will cost $10 in advance and $12 at the door.  If you want crawfish plus the regular meal, the cost is $20.  Crawfish tickets are advance only and must be purchased by this Friday, March 23.  Call the Chamber if you need to buy tickets.  Regular tickets may be purchased throughout the event.

·        A new feature this year will be delivery service.  If you would like to have at least 10 meals brought to your place of business, please call the Chamber.  This would be a great opportunity for you to show appreciation to your workers and also support the Chamber.  Delivery orders must be placed by Friday, March 23 so our drivers can have time to prepare a delivery schedule.  They will call you next week to work out the delivery time for your business.

·        The annual Crawfish Eating Contest is always a highlight of the event.  This year, we will have 2 contests.   One will be between the Benton Police Department and the Benton Fire Department.  The other will be the “Politician Crawfish Eating Contest.”  Both of these should be fun to watch so make your plans to be there for the eating contests.

·        A Business Expo will also be part of the event.  We have a couple of booth spaces left if you would like to participate.  The cost is $100 for a 10 x 10 booth.  Call the Chamber if you are interested or have questions.
