Dooley’s Ferry Archeological Tour
1:30pm – 4:30pm

Come and join staff from Historic Washington State Park and the Arkansas Archeological Survey and enjoy a bus ride to the Dooley’s Ferry archeological site on the Red River in southwestern Hempstead County. Hear about the old community that dates back before the Civil War and see what the archeologists have found. This event is part of Arkansas Archeological Month and will be held on Saturday March 24th. Transportation will be provided. Meet at the 1874 Courthouse Visitor Center.

Maximum of 25 people allowed.

Admission Fee: $10 per adult and $5 Children (ages 6-12).
