  1. The best three candidates won! Congrats! Maybe the first order of business should be to fire the incompetents like Charles Williams, who hasn't put in a full day's work in years and is more interested running off to snag his loose cows, or head out on his motorcycle with his secret girl friend while the rest of us do his work! Or how about Steve White - a complete non-contributor - been trying to get him to do some work for months now with zero results and of course there's Mr. Randall who came to us with a negative rap sheet of complaints a mile long - that Kosoglow completely ignored and hired him anyway and oh yeah - I guess it's OPTIONAL for a POA Inspector, Norm Boucher, to pay his monthly assessments - yes - it's true - Norm, with his huge tract of land that he calls Balboa Storage, refuses to pay any assessments - for years now - because - get this - he thinks it's unfair! OK - so what if I thought my assessment was unfair and didn't pay my monthly fee - how long to you think I'd be tolerated - and HE'S A POA EMPLOYEE! Give me a BREAK! You new folks on the board need to now DO SOMETHING to correct these wrong doings - AND DO IT FAST! Maybe the common Villagers who actually pay their fees ought to go on strike until blood suckers like Norm Boucher starts paying their current and back dues!

  2. Congrats to the new POA Board members. IMHO, the best candidates won! Now, hopefully, these new candidates will hit the ground running and remove the cancer, ie the good ole boy network, from the ranks of the POA staff. Specifically, Charles Williams, who hasn't performed an honest day's work in years should be immediately terminated. He would rather go off to a bikers rally, or a sports event or go and chase some of his escaping cows rather than put in a full day's work. And then there's Steve White - a complete non-contributor who's best skill is deflecting any action items or requests that come his way to someone else. And let's not forget Mr. Randall who came to us with a negative rap sheet a mile long and yet, Mr. Kosoglow turned a blind eye and deaf ear to all of Randall's failures and still hired him! Nice choice JK - I told you so! Maybe the new Board Members will grow a spine and actually work for the betterment of the Village by starting with a POA house cleaning. You new members need to make a bold statement about what you're all about, and fast because the reputation of the Village is at stake here. If I knew then what I knew now about the inner workings of the Village, I'd be surely living elsewhere! For Sure!
