The first phase of the Property Owners' Association road paving program will
continue through July 6.
Plans are underway to pave the following roads
on Thursday, July 5 and Friday, July 6: Durango Way, Matamoroe Way, and
DeSoto Boulevard from the West Gate to Calella Rd. Paving the section of
DeSoto Boulevard should begin mid-morning on Thursday and should be completed
by Friday evening.
The following roads, which were scheduled to be
paved during the first phase, will not be paved until later this summer:
North Pego Way, Navia Lane, Grado Lane, Cabra Lane and Empinado
Lane.
The POA will distribute flyers to residents in the affected areas
in advance of the paving. Please observe all posted signs and avoid
roads to be paved, if possible.
Weather and contractor availability
determine the paving schedule. All streets and dates are subject to
change.
