Village flash mob rehearsal schedule

Ready to put on your dancing shoes? Below is the practice schedule for the Visitor Center flash mob volunteers.

Practices will be held on the following Mondays at 6 p.m. at the Coronado Community Center, Room 6: July 30, Aug. 6, Aug. 13, Aug. 20 and Aug. 27.

The final practice will be held Sept. 6 at 2 p.m. in the Visitor Center parking lot.

The live event and video filming will take place Sept. 7 at 10:30 am sharp. On this day, please be in your assigned dance place at the Visitor Center no later than 10:20 a.m. for the live performance. Flash mob participants will need to park at the DeSoto Club Event Center back lot and take the bus to 121 Cordoba Center, Ste 300. This will help to insure parking lot open space stays available for the dance video.

Flash mob participants, if you have not submitted media release, please bring it to the July 30 practice. Copies will also be available at the first few practices.

The flash mob is being videoed by Renee Steinpreis with help from volunteers and Jessieville High School. The dance choreographer team leaders are Bobbie and Mark Morgan. A special thanks to all for helping make the Village dance.
