POA suggests working out to stay cool this summer

The Coronado Fitness Center can help you stay cool while working out this summer.

The climate-controlled fitness center offers cardio and weight equipment, as well as a three-lane walking track to make your workout as comfortable as possible.

The Fitness Center offers a variety of land and water classes for all skill levels and interests. Classes include yoga, water aerobics, Pilates, group indoor cycling and more. Regular classes are co-ed and drop-in and are included in the daily fee. Specialty classes are co-ed, but require registration and an additional fee. Classes are subject to change.

Even better, once you’re through with your workout, enjoy the indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna or steam room.

For more information on the Coronado Fitness Center, call 922-1230. The Fitness Center is open weekdays from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
