The Property Owners’ Association’s emergency mass
notification system, One Call Now, is used to communicate emergencies to
residents and businesses located within the boundaries of Hot Springs Village.
The system has the ability to call residents in a specific
area of the Village and alert them to an emergency such as a missing person or
water main break, etc. Additionally, the system has an “all-call” feature that
will send a call to all residents in the system.
All resident landlines and commercial business lines are
automatically added to the system. To add cell phone numbers or additional
phone numbers, go to www.hsvpoa.org and
click on Emergency Notification Sign-Up, which is located on the right side of
the page. If you do not have computer access, forms are available at the POA
Administration Building, Coronado Community Center and the Police Department.
The system was recently used to notify residents of a water
main break that necessitated a temporary water ban and the subsequent return to
the prevailing water restrictions.
The POA is currently exploring an option to update the
system to change the emergency notification call origin to a local phone
number. Please be aware that until the system is updated, the number may show
up as an out of state number on your phone’s caller ID.
For more information, call 922-0011.
In addition, the POA uses the Email Blast system to update
residents about upcoming events, POA news and emergency information. To sign up
for the Email Blast System, go to www.hsvpoa.org,
click on “Subscribe to our Email Blast” on the right side of the page and fill
out the form.
