Logging in Village guests

Property Owners may authorize visitors to enter the Hot Springs Village east or west manned gates by entering information at www.hsvpoa.org. Guests may be added to the gate visitor log up to 10 days prior to arrival. The information is available to both gates so only one entry is required.

To access:

1. Go to www.hsvpoa.org. Click on Services | Public Safety | Gate Access.
2. Click on GATE RESERVATIONS in the right column.
3. Enter the six-digit member number in Member# Field. (This number is found under the barcode on your member identification card.)
4. Enter your password. (Default password is: 1234)
5. Click on either Golf or Tennis Login.
6. Please complete profile information that is displayed. Please remember to change your password.
7. Click "Save Changes."
8. Click MAIN.
9. Click GATE/VISITOR FORM.
10. Fill out the form.
11. Click Submit.
12. When you see the message "Thank You for using the HSVPOA Gate/Visitor Submission Form. Your visitor may now enter either the East or West Gate," your reservation has been successfully submitted.

Please note, although the steps above will also allow you to view your tee/court times, property owners who wish to make tee/court times via the internet are still required to sign up for this service at the POA Administration Building or a POA golf shop.
