Another open house weekend is scheduled

The Property Owners’ Association marketing department is pleased to partner with the board of realtors for the next real estate open house weekend Sept. 8-9.

During the two-day event, make plans to participate in house tours by price range, take advantage of business and restaurant specials, and continue the weekend fun by scheduling a lake tour at Balboa marina, fishing charter  (HSVLakes) and/or listening to Mickey Gilley in Concert (HSVWoodlands.com).

Rental properties are available to Stay, Tour and Play during the Village open house weekend - contact the chamber of commerce for a rental company flyer.

Open house visitors: Please stop by the new west gate visitor center and register to enter a benefit drawing with great prizes such as a round of golf, an HSV membership and more. The first 200 through the door will receive a FREE Hot Springs Village Map when entering the drawing.

·        Sept. 7, 10:30 a.m. visitor center grand opening (121 Cordoba Center, Ste 300)

·        Sept. 8, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. real estate open house

·        Sept. 8, 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. pickleball open house
