OUR NEXT FUNDRAISER, DANCING WITH THE VILLAGERS, IS
ON OCTOBER 4TH. AN ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE MADE WHEN TICKETS GO ON SALE IN
MID-AUGUST. WE ONLY HAVE 224 TICKETS FOR THE EVENT, SO DON'T PROCRASTINATE. IT'S
GOING TO BE SPECTACULAR!
TO HELP WITH DECORATING, WE ARE ASKING FOR DONATIONS OF
LADIES HIGH HEELS (THE HIGHER, THE BETTER) AND MENS' DRESS SHOES (TIE STYLE).
THESE ARE A DONATION AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED. EXTRA SHOES WILL
BE GIVEN TO A LOCAL CHARITY. YOU CAN DROP YOUR SHOES OFF ON THE FRONT PORCH AT
THE HOME OF JACKIE MORRIS, 95 SANTISTABAN WAY. SO, GO DIG IN THOSE
CLOSETS.
YOUR PROMPT RESPONSE WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. SEE YOU

New Service for Lost Pets in the
Village
Animal Control is now photographing animals as they arrive at intake. The
photos can be accessed from a link on the AWL website. To view current intake
pets go the www.hsvawl.com and click on the "Lost and Found" link
in the left margin of the home page.
This service is available to all Village residents. Feel free to let your
friends and neighbors know. Contact Animal Control 922-6547 (Mon.-Fri.
8:00-3:30) to reclaim a pet.
