The City of Hot Springs will receive bids until 3 p.m. on Wednesday, August 1
for rehabilitation work located at 317 Pleasant Valley Street. The bid meeting
will be held at the residence at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 24.
Bid specifications are available in the Planning & Development Office
at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. All
contractors must meet EPA requirements for lead based paint safe work practices,
must be licensed and insured, and must attend the bid meeting at the residence.
