Hot Springs still accepting bids

The City of Hot Springs will receive bids until 3 p.m. on Friday, July 13 for Community Development Block Program rehabilitation work located at 1108 Third Street.  The bid meeting will be held at the residence at 12 p.m. on Monday, July 9. 

Bid specifications are available in the Planning & Development Office at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  All contractors must meet EPA requirements for lead based paint safe work practices, must be licensed and insured, and must attend the bid meeting at the residence.  For information, call 321-6845 or email mscott@cityhs.net.
