Lane closure on Albert Pike Road today

Improvements to Highway 270, Albert Pike Road, will require a lane closure in Hot Springs, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department, AHTD, officials.

Crews will be removing brush from the right of way to improve sight distance. The work will require the eastbound outside lane of Highway 270 closed just east of Lake Hamilton.

The closure will be today between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., weather permitting.  Traffic will be controlled using cones and warning signs.
