With the forecast of significant rainfall amounts associated with the upcoming
arrival of tropical storm Isaac, the Hot Springs Public Works Department will
offer sandbags on pallets at two downtown locations on a first-come, first-serve
basis for residents who need them, beginning at 3 p.m. on today, Thursday, August

Exchange Street Parking Plaza, in front of parking deck
