Additionally, whenever the Little Rock network affiliate TV stations broadcast inclement weather messages, city residents can watch either KTHV (Channel 11) or KATV (Channel 7) for city information. If electric service is lost, the best city information sources are local radio stations and the city’s Action Line, 321-6808, where those with land line telephones will be able to access recorded emergency messages from the city.
