Isaac, Katrina and my granddaughter Emma

I returned home today from the Arkansas Women's Blogger workshop in Mountain View to the news the latest hurricane is bearing down on my beloved New Orleans on the anniversary of Katrina. Yes, Emma is currently in New Orleans with her family.They will be evacuating tomorrow. They have been there for the last six weeks and were returning to New York on Friday. Emma is surely a legendary hurricane magnet.
