Paving in Hot Springs

Paving on Malvern Avenue between Convention Boulevard and Grand Avenue in Hot Springs will begin early today, Wednesday, August 22, continuing into Thursday.  On Saturday, August 25, paving will begin on Reserve Street, from Opera Street to Central Avenue; Broadway Avenue, from Orange to Market streets; and Ouachita Avenue at the intersection with Grand Avenue, continuing on Monday as needed.

Malvern, Reserve and Broadway will be reduced to one lane of traffic during paving.  Access to Ouachita from Grand Avenue will be closed during paving.  Signs will be posted, and motorists are advised to use caution when traveling near the project areas.
