Beginning September 1, the Hot Springs Municipal Utilities Customer Service and
City Revenue Collector office hours will be changed to Monday through Friday
from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Both offices are located in the Bill Edwards
Center, 517 Airport Road, adjacent to the city’s airport.
At Municipal Utilities Customer
Service, residents can apply for water, wastewater or sanitation service, pay
their utility bill in person, or sign up for direct draft payment. Utility
bills can also be paid online or by phone. For information, call 321-6880.
The City Revenue Collector helps
individuals and businesses obtain business licenses, city alcohol permits or
transportation licenses; arrange for parking meter bagging; and obtain permits
for seasonal parking, tip sheets and transient business permits. For
