Municipal Utilities Customer Service, City Revenue Collector offices change office hours

Beginning September 1, the Hot Springs Municipal Utilities Customer Service and City Revenue Collector office hours will be changed to Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.  Both offices are located in the Bill Edwards Center, 517 Airport Road, adjacent to the city’s airport.

At Municipal Utilities Customer Service, residents can apply for water, wastewater or sanitation service, pay their utility bill in person, or sign up for direct draft payment.  Utility bills can also be paid online or by phone.  For information, call 321-6880.

The City Revenue Collector helps individuals and businesses obtain business licenses, city alcohol permits or transportation licenses; arrange for parking meter bagging; and obtain permits for seasonal parking, tip sheets and transient business permits.  For information, call 321-6826.
