Hot Springs street closes at noon today

Due to mechanical problems, paving preparation for Tom Ellsworth Street in Hot Springs, between Park Avenue and Ramble Street, was postponed and will be closed to through traffic beginning at approximately noon on Wednesday, August 22 to prepare the street for paving.  Signs will be posted, and motorists are advised to seek an alternate route during closure.
