The public is invited to Summer Splash II, an art festival featuring artwork
from various Traditional Art Guild members, as well as live demonstrations.
Several TAG members will be showcasing their talents. The festival will be held
from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 20 in the terminal building at Hot Springs
Memorial Field, 525 Airport Road This event is free to
the public and refreshments will be provided.
Each month, the airport hosts a reception to promote a new art exhibit
by different TAG members. Summer Splash II is the Traditional Art Guild’s second
annual group exhibit. The festival showcases artwork inspired by the summer
season; a time of warm sunshine, family vacations and outdoor living.
TAG sponsors a new exhibit at the airport each month and meets monthly on
the third Thursday except through the summer months at the Garland County
Library. Guests may visit once prior to joining. For membership information,
