The board has accepted a bid by Comfort Systems USA, Inc. to replace the natatorium geothermal system. After years of a malfunctioning system, the geothermal HVAC system will be demolished and replaced with a traditional 30-ton HVAC system.
The recreation committee has been increased from nine to 11 members. New members are Joe Moreau and Bruce Welk.
Fines are coming to the Village as soon as an appeals process is designed by a to-be-created appeals committee. The fine for a rule infraction will be $150 with a daily fine of $25 for each day the infraction in not corrected.
A board hearing concerning infractions at 82 Bargus Way resulted in another 30-day suspension of privileges. The Bargus way infractions include a boat parked in the yard, a fifth wheel camper parked in the yard and an ATV parked in the yard.
