All three suspects in custody in Roberson murder

The Garland County Sheriff's Department says the third suspect in the July 9 murder of Dan Roberson, 71, of Jessieville, Chestly Gaston, was taken into custody in Copperas Cove, Texas, late Tuesday night. Gaston surrendered himself to authorities without incident, according to the sheriff's department, which added that there are no other details of Gaston's arrest at this time.
