WHY: To
call attention to the importance of public health in Arkansas, and to highlight
the events planned for the week-long celebration
Note: Both
mayors will join some kindergarten kids to plant some fresh vegetables in the
public gardens at Curren Conway Park near UALR. The meeting is open to the
