Unfortunately, Sharron Chesnutt's alleged assault by a POA employee last month at a garage/estate sale injured her more than was immediately apparent. Since the assault she has had x-rays for sore and stiff shoulders and limited range of motion in her neck and is currently under treatment for her injuries.
The POA has still not contacted Chesnutt. She intends to bill the POA for her medical treatment as a result of the assault.
There was a preliminary hearing yesterday in the POA employee's alleged assault matter. The hearing was for Atherton to plea and to be given a court date for trial.
