Houses will open for viewing at 12:00 p.m. We encourage you to visit the following homes at the following locations: 2 Lindo Lane ($479,900, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, Ponce golf course) 9 Sorpresa Way ($439,000, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths 2 half baths, Lake Balboa), 2 Tamayo Way ($349,900, 3 bedrooms 2 baths, Mountain View) and 13 Atrayente Lane ($173,900, 3 bedrooms 2 baths, Lake Balboa neighborhood).
A list of Real Estate Open Houses will also be available on race day. Please keep in mind that streets will be closed for the race. Please do not attempt to visit the homes before 12 p.m.
All members and guests are welcome to participate in the triathlon or join a relay team. Even if you don’t compete, Join the Fun by cheering on the participants! The event will include a 500-yard swim at Balboa Lake, a 13.5 mile cycle ride and 3.5 mile run on Magellan Golf Course cart path and will end at Balboa Pavilion.
