Weather permitting, Columbia Hills in Hot Springs from Central Avenue to Mangum Street will be
closed to through traffic Tuesday, May 21 for street repairs.
Signs will be posted. Motorists will need to seek an alternate route during
street closing.
It is raining at 5 a.m., this will probably not happen.
