Central Avenue to close later this week

The inside lanes from the 100 block to the 300 block of Central Avenue in Hot Springs will be temporarily closed from 3 a.m. until 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 9 while Parks & Recreation staff hang baskets of flowering petunias throughout the downtown district. Traffic cones and safety lighting will be utilized. Motorists are advised to use caution when traveling through the project area.
