Following a case of confirmed distemper from a dog adopted out of the John
Seales Animal Services Center on March 29 and subsequent remedial actions taken
at the shelter by Hot Springs Animal Services, the shelter has resumed animal
adoptions.
Adoptions will be
limited to pets in the puppy room, cat room and the first 14 kennel runs. The
remainder of the shelter population is currently transitioning to adoptable
stage. The shelter is located at 319 Davidson Drive. For more information, call
