A warming center is open at the First Church of Nazarene, 3804
Central Avenue in Hot Springs. The center opened at 6 p.m. and will close at 8 a.m. and
can accommodate 50 people. Pets are not allowed.
Meals will not be
served; Snacks will be allowed to be brought in.
