Hot Springs City Attorney Brian Albright released today the following statement following the resolution of a recent case involving Case Construction Company.
“The City of Hot Springs and Case Construction Company resolved all disputes and closed out the Ouachita Water Treatment Facility project by agreement reached on November 27, 2012. The City notes that Case Construction continued the project even after the tragic death of Roy Case, the founder of Case Construction Company. The city apologizes for any news stories or comments that might have been construed as negative commentary regarding the work of Case Construction, and appreciates the fact that the City and Case Construction have brought the Case Construction work on the project to a conclusion. Case Construction Company was an AISC steel fabricator and contractor which built a number of utility, industrial and commercial facilities for a variety of satisfied clients in Arkansas and the surrounding area.”
