The Hot Springs Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 8:30
a.m. on Thursday, December 20 in the Board Chambers of Hot Springs City Hall,
133 Convention Boulevard. This hearing is to consider the following certificate
of appropriateness requests.
- 221 Cottage Street - Request to demolish the two structures located on this property
- 215 Cottage Street - Request to demolish the structure located on this property
- Approximately 220 Central Avenue - Request to reconstruct the damaged collection booth located on the parking lot next to 220 Central Avenue
- Angel’s Restaurant, 600 Central Avenue - Request to install new business identification signs, install a new exterior door and install neon bands along the upper facade of the building
