The Hot Springs Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 16 in the Board Chambers of Hot Springs City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard. This hearing is to consider the following certificate of appropriateness requests and commission business.
· Bank of America, 528 Central Avenue - Request for removal of existing Bank of America signs and the installation of For Sale signs on the building
· Bank of America, 301 Exchange Street - Request to install new business identification signs on this building due to closure of a bank branch located at 528 Central Avenue
· Josephine Tussaud Wax Museum Sign Reconsideration - Request for substantial change in application consideration regarding the proposal for an additional wall sign
· Josephine Tussaud Wax Museum, 250 Central Avenue - Request to install an additional wall-mounted sign on the arched canopy on the front of this structure
· Interior Building Sign Discussion - Commission discussion regarding the regulation of signs placed on the interior window glass and signs located inside buildings that are used to attract attention from outside the structure
