The City of Hot Springs will receive bids until 3 p.m. on Wednesday, February 27 for Community Development Block Grant Program rehabilitation work located at 102 State Street. The bid meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 23 at the residence.
Bid specifications are available at the Planning & Development Office at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. All contractors must meet EPA requirements for lead based paint safe work practices, must be licensed and insured, and must attend the bid meeting at the residence.
