The City of Hot Springs will receive bids until 3 p.m. on Monday, March 5 for rehabilitation work located at 110 Idaho Street. The bid meeting will be held at the residence at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, February 29.
Bid specifications are available in the Planning & Development Office at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. All contractors must meet EPA requirements for lead based paint safe work practices, must be licensed and insured, and must attend the bid meeting at the residence.
