Julie Keck is the fake identity used by Julie Rosburg. She obviously treats animals better than people since she use her fake identity to influence a court-martial to deny a fellow service member from seeing his children from growing up. She did the same thing she claimed was dishonorable to the Air Force and also forced the fellow service member into a bigamous marriage, which the Department of State holds is a serious human rights violation.
