The POA board announced the vote yesterday at its board meeting regarding the declaration change. The declaration changes passed. Only one person took advantage of the opportunity to change her vote. Over 800 votes were voted by the general manager, Scott Randall, a non-property owner. These votes were for lots that are in arrears.
You'll remember Scott Randall, at Christmastime a Village woman, Dawna Natzke, was abducted from his rental house and murdered.
There may not have been enough votes for the declaration change to be counted if it weren't for counting the in-arrears lots.
Plus, the POA staff counted the votes. No outside unbiased count. Living in Hot Springs Village gets more interesting by the minute.
