Hot Springs free ride winners

Patricia Perry, left, and Ruby Garcia, right, received free annual transit passes from Hot Springs Intracity Transit after winning a drawing at the 30th Annual Free Ride Day, held January 26 at the Transportation Plaza. IT carried 814 passengers during the event, which was held to show appreciation for its regular riders and to encourage new ones.
