The Hot Springs Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 19 in the Board Chambers of Hot Springs City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard. This hearing is to consider the following certificate of appropriateness requests and commission business.
· 250 Central Avenue - Josephine Tussaud Wax Museum; request to install an additional business identification sign on the front of the building
· 210 Central Avenue - Taylor/Kempkes Architects; request to install new wood windows in two previously blocked openings in the north façade, and to paint the north facade
· Central Avenue Historic District - Discuss a proposed amendment to the Central Avenue Historic District Design Review Guidelines regarding covering transom windows with signage
