Hot Springs Village Property Owners’ Association announces changes to the current residential sanitation collection schedule, including yard waste and holidays. All changes will be effective February 6. The changes will provide more efficient service to the residents as well as cost savings to the POA.
All affected residents will be sent a letter advising of their new sanitation pick up schedule, as well as the yard waste and holiday schedule changes.
All residential customers will now receive once a week pick up, including multifamily and townhouse collections. The new schedule will consolidate sanitation pickups to three routes, operating four days a week.
All yard waste pickups will be scheduled on Fridays. Residents need to be aware that yard waste bag tags are still required and they must call Public Works to schedule pickups.
The holiday sanitation schedule will change to the day after the holiday. If your regular schedule is Monday and it is a holiday, pickup will be Tuesday, holiday on Tuesday, pickup will be Wednesday, etc.
