The 2012 Animal Welfare League fundraiser “Puttin’ on the Dog and Cat” is scheduled for April 10 at the Coronado Center. The doors will open at 4:30 p.m.
The AWL spends over $100,000 a year to shelter, protect, and adopt the animals that depend on it for their very existence.
Members are currently collecting quality donations for the silent and live auctions.
Tickets are available from Julie Keck at 915-9986 or juliekeck@aol.com. Tickets will also be available next week at the AWL monthly meeting on Jan 19, 2 p.m. at Coronado Center and at various local establishments in a week or so. Tickets are $20 each, checks should be made out to HSV Animal Welfare League.
There are 350 tickets only for the event and it sells out every year, so don't delay!
You only have to stop at the shelter and look in the eyes of one of our “kids” to gain the motivation to make this fundraiser the best ever.
