Invitation for contractor bid

The City of Hot Springs will receive bids until 3 p.m. Monday, January 16 for rehabilitation work located at 102 State Street. The bid meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 11 at the residence.
Bid specifications are available at the Community Development Office, 111 Opera Street Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. All contractors must meet EPA requirements for Lead Based Paint safe work practices, and must be licensed and insured. All contractors must attend the bid meeting at the residence. All bids must be sealed and include a bid bond check for 5% of bid amount.
