See the Cortez fire station at open house

Looking for a fun activity for the whole family? Then, come out to the Cortez Fire Station Open House, set for Saturday, Oct. 12 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Family fun activities include touring the fire station, training tower, fire engine and rescue truck. Games, activities and goody bags available for children; hot dogs and refreshments will be provided. The Cortez Fire Station is located at 110 Cortez Rd. in Hot Springs Village. This event is sponsored by Sam’s Club in Hot Springs.

Volunteer Fire Fighters “Fill the Boot” Campaign coming to Hot Springs Village Saturday, Oct. 5. Volunteers will be collecting donations that day at the East Gate, West Gate, Balboa Gate and the Cortez Fire Station. All proceeds benefit Arkansas Children’s Hospital Burn Unit and local families in need.
