They have been unsuccessful in getting a suitable response from the local office.

Eric Fields, of Mr. Stephenson's office contacted the general manager's office and said the request has been sent to Charles Dixon, head of their Connect-A Community service division to review, make an on-site visit and give them a response as to what can be done to correct this problem. The general manager's office will continue to follow up on this issue.
