Hamilton elected to Association of Concert Bands board

Members of the Hot Springs Concert Band are excited to share Craig Hamilton has been elected to the board of directors for the Association of Concert Bands. There were seven candidates for the board and congratulations to Craig on his successful nomination and election.

The Association of Concert Bands (ACB), (formerly the Associaiton of Concert Bands of America, was founded in August 1977 and it's international membership includes bands, individuals and corporations who are uniquely dedicated and equipped to serve the needs of adult instrumental musicians who perform in and lead community bands.

The Hot Springs Concert Band organization has been a proud member of the ACB for many years. Harvey McIntyre is also a former member of the ACB Board of Directors. Having Craig on the board ensures that we will be well represented within the organization and it's our pleasure to share Craig's gifts and experience with the ACB.

The ACB holds an annual convention of its membershp. Why not consider joining the ACB as an individual member?
