It’s not too late for Entergy Arkansas customers to pick up bulbs they signed up for during the florescent light bulb giveaway in December. Drop by the Property Owners’ Association public works office at 895 DeSoto Blvd., from 8  a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays. For more information, call public works at 922-5524.
