Congrats to the new POA Board members. IMHO, the best candidates won! Now, hopefully, these new candidates will hit the ground running and remove the cancer, ie the good ole boy network, from the ranks of the POA staff. Specifically, Charles Williams, who hasn't performed an honest day's work in years should be immediately terminated. He would rather go off to a bikers rally, or a sports event or go and chase some of his escaping cows rather than put in a full day's work. And then there's Steve White - a complete non-contributor who's best skill is deflecting any action items or requests that come his way to someone else. And let's not forget Mr. Randall who came to us with a negative rap sheet a mile long and yet, Mr. Kosoglow turned a blind eye and deaf ear to all of Randall's failures and still hired him! Nice choice JK - I told you so! Maybe the new Board Members will grow a spine and actually work for the betterment of the Village by starting with a POA house cleaning. You new members need to make a bold statement about what you're all about, and fast because the reputation of the Village is at stake here. If I knew then what I knew now about the inner workings of the Village, I'd be surely living elsewhere! For Sure!
