Real estate open houses feature of Tri-the-Village

Tri-the-Village, Hot Springs Village’s First triathlon, which will be held June 9, will feature a number of Real Estate Open Houses along the race’s biking path.

Cheer on your favorite competitor during the race and then stay afterward to check out what Hot Springs Village has to offer. Houses will open for viewing at 12 p.m. You are encouraged to visit homes at the following locations: 2 Lindo Lane, 9 Sorpresa Way, 2 Tamayo Way and 13 Atrayente Lane. Please do not visit the homes before 12 p.m.

A list of Real Estate Open Houses will also be available on race day. Please keep in mind that streets will be temporarily blocked for the race.

All members and guests are welcome to participate in the triathlon or join a relay team. Even if you don’t compete, The event, which will begin at 7 a.m., includes a 500-yard swim at Balboa Lake, a 13.5 mile cycle ride and 3.5 mile run on Magellan Golf Course cart path and will end at Balboa Pavilion.
