The City of Hot Springs will receive bids for rehabilitation of a single-family
residential property at 736 Whittington Avenue until 3 p.m. on Tuesday, July 3. A bid meeting will be held at the advertised address at 9 a.m. on June
28.
Bid specifications are available in the Planning & Development Office
weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard. All contractors must meet
EPA requirements for lead based paint safe work practices, must be licensed and
insured, and must attend the bid meeting at the residence. For information,
