Balboa Road from Talana Place to Isla Mujeres Court, will be closed to through traffic from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 11 to replace a failing culvert caused by last week's storms. The public works department anticipates the replacement will be completed in one day and residents will be notified via eblast if more time will be needed.
