Balboa Road from Talana Place to Isla Mujeres Court in Hot Springs Village, will be closed to
through traffic from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. today, Tuesday, June 11 to replace a failing
culvert caused by last week's storms. The Public Works Department anticipates
the replacement will be completed in one day.
